The WordSpeak Way to Pray:

Take the Scripture Cards and follow the simple instructions found on the card. By entering into this process of praying you lift your mind to the Lord to get His input. Ask Him to show you through a scripture the way you are to pray. Choose one verse that catches your eye, and begin to pray this verse in a personal way. Let that verse speak to you for a period of time. Read it aloud. Pray it with personal pronouns. When faith begins to rise, practice declaring it over your circumstances and thank God in advance for His answer to your prayer, whatever that may be. 

Remember, the point is not to memorize all the verses, but to experience the promise of one verse. The purpose in this exercise is to collaborate with God to bring His will and purposes into your life. By taking one verse to heart, and declaring it to be true for you, you are cooperating with the Lord’s prayer—“May Your Kingdom come, and Your will be done.”
