In this site I hope you will find a new way of thinking, of living. of hoping, of praying. My life has been changed through the process of learning to take God at His word, and I hope and pray that I can inspire you to do the same. Years ago, in the midst of chaotic circumstances and emotional confusion I had to come face to face with the truth of the quality of life I was living. I was a Christian, and yet, the foundations of my life were crumbling. How could this be so? Easy. Like many Christians I knew the word of God, but was not actually "doing" the word of God, having the Truth and yet, not applying it to my circumstances. But thanks to a little prayer I whispered, "Lord, teach me about prayer," a principle of prayer unfolded that would radically change my life. And it was so simple. Leaving behind a lifetime of frustration, I slowly moved into a lifestyle of success. No longer the victim, I became the victor that Jesus promised we all could be. Life again became a joy to live, and I woke up excited about the potential of each new day. I would live life in collaboration with the Creator of the Universe! What an adventure that would prove to be. This can happen for you as well.

Wanted to tell you about a ministry moment Dan and I had last night. We are in Ft. Myers and we were on the motorcycle headed home from Ft. Myers Beach. We were headed into black ominous clouds with thunder and lightning! Dan had no helmet and I did. Well, we both started to pray that God use His powers in a mighty way to hold off the storm until we got home. I started praying that the Lord bless our comings and goings like you said on page 41. I felt I needed big time blessings on our "goings" home! It was very frightening heading straight into those black clouds. Our God is mighty and saved us from that storm. We were only a little sprinkled on! Praise our wonderful God who brings the rain, but also can hold it off until the right time he wants to relinquish it on His creation and us!! I also prayed this when my cousins were coming and going to visit me here in Ft. Myers. Thank you for getting "raw" and exposing your life and putting it on paper, because your life experiences and spiritual advice IS really making a difference in lives, OUR lives! Thank you!!
